I’m repainting my closet because the white paint started to peel so I began to scrape it off. As a result, I found there was blue paint under it. Right now, some blue paint is also coming off unintentionally when I am scraping off the white but only in certain places. Is there any way to make it smooth? It doesn’t look like the blue paint is going to come out easy compared to the white.. any suggestions? Thanks
