Just purchased my first home (Built in 1916, Grand Rapids Michigan) and looking for some help with my living room. The living room layout is a bit awkward since there doesn't seem to be a natural place for a couch and TV. The TV outlets are on the far wall under the small windows. I will be purchasing a new couch and rug(s) for this room. Possibly 1 large rug to span the whole room or two medium rugs?
I like Mid Century Modern but open to any suggestions for furniture placement, interior decoration, etc...
