Hi there. I’m a college student looking to rent my first apartment and this is one of the places I’ve looked at. https://imgur.com/gallery/biyD7L4 Apologies for the poor quality, they were taken from a video and the last one is a mock up of the space that I made in sims haha. The space needs to work as a kitchen/dining/living room. The kitchen is lacking, so to make it work I would definitely need a chefs prep table of some kind. Just not sure how to fit everything else into the space and have it be both functional and aesthetic. All the current furniture would be gone when I move in. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
